These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FinAcct360 ("FinAcct360," "we," "us," or "our"), the restaurant financial operations platform available at finacct360.io, operated by FinAcct Technologies Inc. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FinAcct360.
FinAcct360 is a software platform and professional accounting service for restaurant operators. We provide tools and workflows for weekly close, financial reporting, KPI dashboards, document management, and communication with your assigned accounting team.
The platform may connect to third-party systems you authorize, including QuickBooks Online via OAuth read access, to import business and financial data you use for operations and reporting. Professional accounting services are delivered by FinAcct360 staff according to your subscription and any separate service agreement.
FinAcct360 is intended for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business entity on whose behalf you register.
Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Pricing depends on your selected plan and number of locations or entities. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Additional terms may appear in a separate Service Agreement for professional services. If there is a conflict, the Service Agreement controls for professional services; these Terms control for platform access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, one final billing cycle will be charged, and service continues through the end of that final period. Historical cleanup fees are one-time charges and are non-refundable once cleanup work has begun.
You agree not to:
Your data stays yours. You retain all rights to business, financial, and operational data you provide or connect to FinAcct360, including data imported from QuickBooks Online, documents you upload, and information entered by you or your team.
You grant FinAcct Technologies Inc. a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the services you request. We do not claim ownership of your underlying business records. Upon termination, you may request export of your data subject to our Privacy Policy.
FinAcct360 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Not tax or legal advice. Reports, dashboards, commentary, and communications through FinAcct360 are for informational and operational purposes. They do not constitute tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions specific to your business, tax position, or legal obligations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party integrations (including Intuit QuickBooks, Stripe, and POS or payroll systems) are subject to their own terms and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinAcct Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of FinAcct360.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for FinAcct360 in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using FinAcct360 and cancel your subscription as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required for legal or security reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and data ownership) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or FinAcct360 lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
