Terms of Service

Welcome to FinAcct360®. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant accounting services and platform. By accessing or using FinAcct360®, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

FinAcct360® provides done-for-you restaurant accounting services, including weekly close, financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and direct accountant communication. Services are delivered every Wednesday by 2 PM ET and work with QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave.

3. Account and Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Billing is monthly per location. You may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to use FinAcct360® only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse the platform, share credentials, or interfere with the provision of services to other clients.
